I wanted to thank you for all of your help.  I admit (as you could tell) that I was very nervous.  But from the moment I walked in your door, I felt better.  Everyone in your office made me feel comfortable.  You were so helpful in explaining everything and I didn't feel a thing!  I appreciate the call afterwards to check in and your kind, caring way about your treatment.  You'll be highly recommended to anyone who will listen.  :)
